📦 Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
During high-volume periods, processing may extend to 5–7 business days.
Custom or special-edition pieces may require additional handling time, which will be noted on the product listing when applicable.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.
Estimated delivery times (U.S. orders):
Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
🌍 International Shipping
International shipping is available to select countries.
Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
Delivery times vary by region and may be extended due to customs processing.
📫 Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
📮 Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Writing in Style is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Writing in Style is not responsible for:
Lost packages
Stolen packages
Carrier delays
Packages marked as “Delivered” but not received
If an issue arises, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim. We will do our best to assist you where possible.
